We are seeking an experienced architect or civil engineer to convert an old PDF building drawing into an accurate AutoCAD drawing. The building has a plinth area of approximately 1500 sq. ft. and a total built-up area of about 3500 sq. ft. While most of the original design will remain unchanged, the staircase section needs to be modified as part of the update. This project is time-sensitive, as the municipality requires the building to be documented (अभिलेखिकरण) by the end of Poush 2081 BS (January 10, 2025). Professionals familiar with Godawari Municipality regulations and processes are strongly encouraged to apply.
